About Me

I have over 34 years experience in the Environmental Field - Government & Private Sector, and worked as a Senior Environmental Specialist/Project Manager in the New Jersey State Department of Environmental Protection.

I have a BA in Science Education - Rowan University and a MS in Biology - Seton Hall University.

Since 1986 I have operated ECO Systems Environmental Consulting, meeting the needs of Individuals and Municipalities, supplying: Letters, Reports, Expert Testimony, Educational Programs, Grant applications and NJDEP LOI’s, Waivers and Permit applications.
